不同粉磨方式矿粉颗粒特性的研究

摘要

用扫描电镜和激光粒度分析仪研究了球磨和立式磨生产的矿渣微粉的颗粒形貌和颗粒群分布。结果表明,小颗粒矿粉圆度好于大颗粒,球磨矿粉圆度比立式磨矿粉稍好。d50与比表面积有较好的相关性,2种产品均符合RRB分布,其中,立式磨矿粉粒度分布范围较窄。水泥粒度分布与Fuller曲线有较大差异,掺入矿粉可使水泥细颗粒部分向Fuller曲线靠近,但粗颗粒部分又进一步远离Fuller曲线。

Abstract

Research on the Particle Character of Slag Micro-powder Produced by Difference Grinding MethodZHANG Yu-cai1,LIN Zong-shou2,3,ZHOU Hui-qun1,DU Yue-lan4 (1.Department of Material and Mechanical,Kunming Metallurgy College,Kunming 650102,China;2.Wuhan Yisheng Science and Technology Co.Ltd,Wuhan 430070,China;3.School of Materials Science and Engineering,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;4.Yunan State Property Cement Dongjun Co Ltd,Kunming 650211,China)The appearances and particle size distribution of slag micro-powder produced by ball mill and vertical mill were researched with scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that the sphericity of small particles was better than the big ones and ball milling slag was somewhat better than the vertical milling.The values of d50 were accordance with the specific surface area of slag micro-powder.The particle size distribution of two kind products consistented with RRB distribution,the vertical milling product had more narrow size distribution.The particle size distribution curve of cement had a great difference from Fuller curve.The mixing of slag micro-powder to the cement would make fine part closer to Fuller curve and biggish part further away from Fuller curve.slag micro-powder;ball mill;vertical mill; particle size distribution;particle appearances
